I.T. Services - How Much is Too Little or Too Much?




Based on a recent campaign conducted by CAP5 Technology Solutions, LLC to over 8142 businesses on the subject matter:

ARE YOU SPENDING TOO MUCH OR TOO LITTLE ON I.T. SERVICES?

1653 business had some level of interest... What does that mean? At the simplest level, 20% don't know if they spend to much or to little or they wanted to compare what they are currently spending with what the market has to say. Does that mean that 80% know that they are spending exactly the right amount? No... Just that they didn't have time to investigate what the message had to say, (hopefully not because they were having IT issues).

Based on the 1600+ business, they looked the following things:
  • what an average price monthly was to support a desktop
  • what an average price monthly was to support a server
  • were they getting all the services that the industry provides
  • besides help desk services, what value-add services were included
